Texas Engineered Roofing has been great to work with. We had them install our new roof 3 years ago and they did a great job and cleaned up the job site like they were never there. Scott Thames was the project manager and he handled every detail and follow up very professionally. During the storm this year that produced high winds , we had a cap blow off our roof. When I called Scott he came out within 24 hours and reinstalled the cap, even though we were a year out of the original warranty. If you need roofing services, I would highly recommend them. Fair price and fast service. Also, I did not know that in Texas you need to have your roof inspected every five years or so. One day recently after the big rain, our bedroom ceiling began to drip water. The nails in the flashing on the roof had pulled loose due to repeated exposure to Texas sun and heat. Water from small rains had been running under the flashing for a year or more and running down the wall to possibly cause mold. The big rain just made it break thru the ceiling. We are now inspecting for mold.
