Our Approach

Designed For
Active Properties

Commercial roofs have different demands than residential systems. Usage, foot traffic, drainage, equipment loads, and access all affect performance over time. With an engineering-informed approach, we evaluate how your commercial roof is functioning today and how it needs to perform moving forward, so recommendations are practical, defensible, and aligned with the building’s use.

Learn More About Our

Maintenance Plans

We offer customized preventative maintenance plans that minimize the risk of major repairs while maximizing the life expectancy of our clients’ investment. They include an annual site inspection and photo documentation. Upon inspection we provide: detailed report including information on existing roof system, deficiencies found during inspection, immediate repairs needed, and life expectancy.

Types Of Roofs

Asphalt Shingles

Asphalt shingles are the most popular roofing material for both commercial and residential projects. Benefits include a Class-A fire rating, excellent cost-to-value protection, extended warranty coverage, and a wide array of styles and colors. Their economical production and ease of installation make them a reliable and versatile choice for nearly any roofing project.

Metal

Metal roofs are among the most durable systems available for both commercial and residential applications. We offer a wide range of profiles, colors, and gauges that can be pre-fabricated or rolled on-site to fit your project. This gives property owners the flexibility to meet both their aesthetic vision and financial expectations on any build.

Modified Bitumen / Built-Up

Modified bitumen roofing uses redundant layers of granulated asphalt to create a durable, weather-resistant surface built for long-term performance. Built-up roofing is a reliable alternative depending on the slope and overall complexity of your specific project requirements. Both systems offer proven protection and are well suited for commercial applications that require added strength and durability.

Single-Ply

Single-ply roofing systems are lightweight, making them ideal for new construction and retrofit projects without adding excessive weight to the roof deck. They remain flexible in both hot and cold temperatures, ensuring they will not split or crack over time. The three main types we install are TPO, PVC, and EPDM, each suited for different project needs.

TPO

TPO is one of the fastest growing commercial roofing systems, made of a durable material with low-temperature flexibility and high-temperature tolerance. Its white reflective surface reduces heat build-up and cooling costs while providing strong resistance to bacteria, fire, pollutants, and ultraviolet rays. TPO systems are built to last 20 or more years and hold up well under rooftop traffic, tools, and equipment.

PVC

PVC roofing is reinforced with polyester knit fabric, delivering superior durability with excellent abrasion, puncture, and tearing resistance for long-term performance. Like TPO, it provides strong resistance to airborne bacteria, fire, industrial pollutants, and ultraviolet exposure on any structure. PVC is especially well suited for roofs that are regularly exposed to grease, oil, and fuel over time.

EPDM

EPDM roofing offers superior durability and versatility, making it one of the longest lasting commercial roofing systems currently available on the market. It requires minimal maintenance and provides strong resistance to ozone and ultraviolet exposure throughout its entire lifespan. EPDM uses acrylic water-based bonding adhesive for fast installation and performs well on irregular configurations and steep slopes.

How We Build

Systems That Perform Over Time

Commercial roofing is about more than surface materials. Drainage design, fastening methods, membrane performance, and penetrations all play a role in how a roof holds up under daily use and severe weather. We focus on proper installation and material compatibility so the entire system works together as intended.

Next Steps

A Practical Path Forward

Every commercial property has different priorities, timelines, and constraints. Our role is to help you understand your roof’s condition and outline clear next steps that make sense for the building and its occupants. From initial evaluation through completion, we bring structure, accountability, and clarity to the process.
