Our Approach

A Home-First
Roofing Process

A residential roof does more than protect you from the weather. It plays a role in airflow, energy efficiency, and how comfortable your home feels throughout the year. We start by understanding how your house is built, its location on your property, and how the roof should support it over time, so recommendations are grounded in real conditions, not assumptions.

Plan Ahead Today

Roof Care Plans

We offer customized preventative maintenance plans that minimize the risk of major repairs while maximizing the life expectancy of our clients’ investment. They include an annual site inspection and photo documentation. Upon inspection we provide: detailed report including information on existing roof system, deficiencies found during inspection, immediate repairs needed, and life expectancy.

Types Of Roofs

Asphalt Shingles

Asphalt shingles are today’s most popular roofing material for both residential and commercial projects. Benefits include a Class-A fire rating, economical production, excellent cost-to-value weather protection, and extended warranty coverage. With a wide array of styles and colors and relative ease of installation, they are a reliable choice for nearly any home or building.

Metal

Metal roofs are among the most durable systems available for residential roofing projects of any size. We offer a wide range of profiles, colors, and gauges that can be pre-fabricated or rolled on-site to fit your home. This gives homeowners the flexibility to design their roof to meet both their aesthetic vision and financial expectations on any project.

Concrete Tile

Concrete tile is one of the most sustainable roofing systems available, offering energy saving reflective cool roof colors and exceptional durability. They carry a Class-A fire rating, strong hail resistance, heat and noise insulation, and can withstand winds of up to 150 mph. With low maintenance requirements and long-lasting value, concrete tile adds curb appeal and increases your property value.

Clay Tile

Clay tile roofs are known for their long-term durability and longevity, offering strong resistance to wind, hail, and fire in any climate. Their products are environmentally friendly and available in a wide variety of approved cool roof rated colors for any style. With profiles ranging from traditional mission barrel tiles to flat tiles that mimic slate and wood shake, the design options are endless.

Why Catch-All Works

Protect What Matters

The Catch-All System is a breathable mesh that secures around the perimeter of your home to protect your property throughout the entire roofing process. It prevents additional clean-up time, damage to your landscape and AC units, excess stray nails and roofing debris, and suffocating grass. At Texas Engineered Roofing, protecting your property is our number one priority on every job site.

Residential roofing decisions carry long-term impact, which is why we start with a thorough look at the home itself. Understanding the roof’s condition, history, and environment allows us to recommend work that reflects real conditions rather than generalized advice. That approach shapes the way we evaluate, plan, and carry out residential roofing work:

  • Evaluation based on the home’s structure and layout

  • Material selection suited to local conditions

  • Installation methods focused on long-term durability

  • Clear guidance through repair or replacement decisions

  • Consistent standards applied to every home

How We Build

Craftsmanship That Shows Over Time

Every residential roof we install is hand-nailed to maintain control over placement, depth, and fastening. This method reduces weak points, improves shingle performance, and supports a tighter, more reliable roofing system. Combined with proven materials and careful installation, it creates roofs that handle heat, storms, and seasonal variances with greater consistency.
